Job Details
This position is for an Administrative Assistant in our Las Vegas headquarters. The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks, such as reporting, preparation of electronic documents, event coordination, insurance appointment processing, among other supporting tasks for the home office staff.
As a Contract 1099 Contractor, we offer a flexible work schedule, with the potential to be offered a W2 position with proven performance.

Minimum 2 years experience in a business environment, preferably in the financial services industry

Strong organizational skills are required

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure

Ability to effectively communicate with Imagine Independent Agents and Imagine Staff and solve problems quickly

Ability to learn our back office systems and should be comfortable with using and learning new technologies

Experience with SureLC, DocuSign (or equivalent) and enterprise software preferred but not required.
