Job Details

The candidate will work Imagine Real Estate Trust Deeds and provider Synchronized Term Loan cash flow payments to clients .  The candidate will use our proprietary software to calculate interest payments to clients, identify issues and initiate ACH payments to clients.  Other responsibilities will include analytics and reporting.

As a Contract 1099 Contractor, we offer a flexible work schedule, with the potential for some remote work once the candidate proves themselves.  Performance bonuses and travel perks are available for successful full-time Contract 1099 Contractors.

• Must have strong accounting skills.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a business environment, preferably in the financial services industry

• Strong organizational skills are required

• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure

• Ability to effectively communicate with Imagine Independent Agents and Imagine Staff and solve problems quickly

• Experience with self-directed retirement plan processing with is highly preferred, but not required

• Ability to learn our back office systems and should be comfortable with using and learning new technologies
